Regardless of what meal of the day is your favorite, there’s no denying that an early morning breakfast before work gives you that perfect kickstart you need for the day. Or what about Sunday morning brunch? It’s just what we need to end the weekend right.

There’s certainly no end to delicious breakfast joints in North Rhine-Westphalia, but I figured we’d start with Aachen first.

Aachen is a charming city, perhaps for a day trip or a weekend getaway. It is well known as a spa city and might just be the perfect place to treat yourself to a little breakfast surprise.

In the heart of Aachen, you will find LivingRoom, a restaurant and delicious breakfast bar offering up a beautiful view of the Aachen Cathedral. LivingRoom serves up scrumptious omelets, breakfast plates, and handmade sandwiches.
