Our culin­ary am­bas­sad­ors cham­pi­on the spe­ci­al­it­ies of their re­gions and rep­res­ent their field of ex­pert­ise with en­thu­si­asm, pas­sion and cha­risma. These cre­at­ive chefs, out­stand­ing res­taur­at­eurs and vis­ion­ary pro­du­cers make our culin­ary re­gions what they are and nev­er fail to im­press with their in­nov­at­ive ideas and cre­ations.

Keep­ing tra­di­tions alive is very im­port­ant to the Am­bas­sad­ors of Good Taste for the Nean­der­land re­gion. Wal­ter Stem­berg and his son Sascha Stem­berg, the fourth and fifth gen­er­a­tions in their fam­ily, re­spect­ively, place great em­phas­is on loc­al products and short sup­ply routes.
