Steinbruch

Postrock Pole-Position in Duisburg

Not everyone likes monotone pop music or superficial indie pop. The Steinbruch is the place to go for anyone who loves the intricate sounds of postrock, adores prog rock and who finds clear song structures too mainstream. It’s difficult to reach, as the Steinbruch is located in the middle of a residential area on the eastern edge of the city. However, if you have a car or enough money for a taxi, the bar and concert venue, which from the outside look like a mixture between a fast food restaurant and a residential building, will become a new favourite haunt.
