Beats in­stead of stomp­ing ma­chines

Live in Ober­hausen: Everything your heart de­sires. The Tur­bin­en­halle is a multi-tal­ent and hosts pogo fest­ivals and wrest­ling shows, as well as con­certs and trade fairs. The ori­gin­al Co­logne Brings fill the hall, but also acts like Kool Savas and Heino. Ori­gin­ally, i.e. from 1909, the tur­bine hall built for the Gute­hoffnung­shütte (GHH) sup­plied a former iron­works with elec­tri­city and com­pressed air. When the coal and steel in­dustry slowly ran out of steam in the 80s, the ma­chine rhythms were gradu­ally re­placed by com­pletely dif­fer­ent beats.
