This place used to be the goods transshipment point and today I call it "Kreativkai" – creative wharf -because the gastronomical variety, office buildings, art, culture and trendy clubs ensure that there is life in the booth around the clock. I can't put it any other way. I have one more question: Where would you normally assume a cheese factory is located? Probably somewhere in the countryside, right? Then watch out because the Hafenkäserei, an organic dairy showcase, is waiting for you, right here in my urban quarter. It's not just extremely tasty cheese that's produced here, but also knowledge.
