Fauna Zoo
Domestic and exotic
Yes, you saw it correctly. A white kangaroo has just hopped through the enclosure. And that's right, there's a meerkat craning his head in the air over there. Welcome to the zoo! In addition to local favorites such as donkeys, fallow deer and micropigs, there are also a number of exotic residents waiting for your visit. I definitely can't decide which are my favorite residents. I like the alpacas. They always have such a calming aura. But I also love watching the squirrel monkeys, shimmy through their enclosure. A little tip: You can make friends with some animals especially well if you operate the automatic feeder. Oh, come on, if I'm in tip mode here, there's one more thing on the house: The light tower is very close to my Fauna Zoo. A former water tower that already looks impressive from the outside with its glass dome. Cultural events often take place inside and the view over the Bergisches Land is unique.
