The Hennef Christmas market on the market square features festively decorated stalls and around 50 exhibitors showcasing their crafts. There is mulled wine, Christmas cookies and stilt walkers and mythical creatures in Christmas garb. Santa Claus also visits the Christmas market and gives presents to the children.
The traditional Christmas market always takes place on the first weekend of Advent on the market square in the center of Hennef.
