Some may push themselves to their limits or even surpass themselves on the House Runnig in Brühl. Others may simply take in the natural surroundings on a cycle tour through Münsterland. And still others will discover their inner strategist in an escape room or while geocaching. There are plenty of exciting places with guaranteed adventure in NRW. And the day for the next company outing, Christmas party or hen party is certainly already in the diary.
One for all, all for one. At a joint event with friends or colleagues, everyone pulls together. What counts is the sense of unity. And, of course, the fun. Work doesn't start again until tomorrow.

Who is the strategist, who is the murderer? And who can tell the difference between dark and milk chocolate? Everyone does what they do best when geocaching together or on an after-work shift in the mine, in the escape room or in the murder mystery challenge. Everyone is needed if the team event is to be a success. Of course, a little ambition can't go amiss in a joint treasure hunt. And some of the workshops will make you sweat at some point. But after the "work is done", the murderer is the good guy again and sits at the table or around the campfire at the end of the day.

Bowling alleys are a thing of the past. If the team is united and looking for a sporting challenge, the adrenalin level can rise a little after work. So get out of the office and into an adventure together. Climbing on the "Steelroad" or house running, a rafting tour or stand-up paddling guarantee excitement - and team spirit is required. Disused blast furnaces and former granaries in the Ruhr and Rhineland provide the backdrop for exciting indoor and outdoor activities where no one is left to their own devices. But rivers such as the Erft and Wupper, Weser, Rhine and Lippe also do their best to ensure that the excursion doesn't get too dry.

Revel in the old days at the jukebox. Really "push" your male colleagues on the Viking ship. Or compete with the HR department in dragon slaying. In a playful competition against a historical backdrop, the focus is not on competing against each other but on working together. The motto at the old manor in Pulheim is: first archery, then barbecue. During the costumed tour through the medieval town of Xanten, theory is followed by practice. And at the knowledge rally at Benkhausen Castle, hardly anyone will want to answer all the questions on their own. Not only does it work better in a team, it's also a lot more fun.
