The traditional St Nicholas market in Tecklenburg opens its doors on the 2nd weekend in Advent and invites you to an unforgettable Christmas experience. In the historic old town, magically decorated stalls wind their way along the romantic alleyways up to the castle grounds. A varied supporting programme spreads a festive atmosphere, while well-known and new exhibitors present a wide range of arts and crafts, culinary delights and beautiful gift ideas for the Christmas season. Highlights include a visit from Father Christmas and a curling rink on the historic castle grounds.
A low-cost shuttle service is offered to make travelling to and from the market stress-free.
