Mün­ster Mar­ket­ing Kon­gress­büro has a com­pet­ent team ready to an­swer any rel­ev­ant ques­tions about con­fer­ence and ac­com­mod­a­tion op­tions and to provide ad­vice and sup­port for im­ple­ment­a­tion.

Among other things, it helps clients find the right event location in Münster as a conference venue – regardless of whether this should be a large hall for up to 4,000 people as in the “Messe und Congress Centrum Halle Münsterland” or an unusual location such as the Allwetterzoo or the Friedenskapelle. The congress office can also organise accommodation or airport shuttles. The service of this municipal congress office is free of charge.
