  • "Reisen für Alle" (“Travel for All”) is a nationwide, uniform labeling system for barrier-free travel. It offers reliable information on the accessibility of tourist offerings, such as hotels, attractions and means of transport. Providers who allow themselves to be labeled are checked for accessibility by specially trained surveyors. The results are published in detailed test reports so that travelers with disabilities know exactly which offers are suitable for their needs.

    • There is 1marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
    • The surface quality of the car park is easy to walk and drive on.
    • The path from the car park to the entrance is 94 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 4 % over a distance of 25 m.
    • The building is infinitely accessible.
    • Alll evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are infinitely accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
    • The elevator cabin measures 240 cm x 257 cm. The elevator door is 200 cm wide.
    • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
    • The counter is at its lowest point 80 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
    • Seating is available in the exhibition.
    • The exhibits are predominately visible when seated.
    • The information on the exhibits is predominately readable when seated.
    • Guided tours for people with walking impairments and wheelchair users are offered. A reservation in advance is necessary.
    • Special trained guides ensure that people with walking impairments and wheelchair users can take part in any guided tour.
    • Mobile or fixed seats are available for people with walking disabilities, which may be used during the guided tour.
    • The entire route of the guided tour is infinitely variable for wheelchair users.

      in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;

    • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
    • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
    • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
    • An alarm trigger (cord, button) is available.
    • A parent-child room with a changing table for adults is also available.

    • External paths have visually contrasting sidewalk boundaries.
    • The entrance is not visually rich in contrast, but recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.

    • There are no visually contrasting or tactilely detectable floor indicators available.
    • There are few glass doors without safety markings.
    • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.
