Opened in 2004, the Elisabeth Hotel has 16 individually furnished hotel rooms, four modern apartments, a vacation apartment with a view of the Hermann monument and a vacation home for up to eight people (under management).
Parking spaces for cars are available free of charge. There is a bicycle rental service in the hotel. The entire hotel is equipped with high-quality flat-screen TVs, box-spring beds and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is also barrier-free and you can park directly at the hotel if you arrive by car.

Whether on foot, by bike, car or on the tourist bus line, a weekend is certainly too short to explore the wide range of tourist and cultural attractions on offer in the Lippe royal seat of Detmold and the surrounding area. The green town is nestled in the charming landscape of the Teutoburg Forest. Nature and a multitude of sights, as well as a cozy old town guarantee relaxation:
The Elisabeth Hotel warmly welcomes hikers and cyclists. Tour suggestions, hiking maps and a GPS device are available for hire. Luggage and passenger transportation is possible by arrangement and for a small fee. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Thermos flasks are filled free of charge on the morning of the hike, a packed lunch can be put together for a fee.
