Burbach Christmas market "Lichterzauber"

The Burbach Christmas market "Lichterzauber" is an annual highlight that takes place on the 2nd weekend of Advent. Jägerstraße and Römerstraße are transformed into a festive setting with lovingly decorated stalls that spread the scent of exotic spices, honey and candles. In the Römerpassage and in the Protestant community center, Burbach artisans present their handmade works, including candles, soaps, felt products and patchwork. Fair trade goods and jewelry complete the range. A total of almost 60 artisans, associations and groups will be taking part, offering a wide range of goods and serving up culinary delights. There is a wide range of activities for children. The event area is illuminated with numerous light sources in all colors, which, together with the firelight and the illuminated historic buildings, create a special ambience. Burbach music groups, schools and clubs contribute to the stage program and get you in the mood for the festive season.
