Siegen Christmas market at the Lower Castle

The traditional Siegen Christmas market at the Lower Castle offers you a unique atmosphere with festively decorated wooden stalls. You can discover a variety of culinary delights, for example mulled wine, coffee specialties, different types of beer and punch as well as grilled sausage, potato pancakes, langos, hot potatoes and the ever-popular crêpes. Accompanied by classic Christmas sounds and live music, this Christmas market takes place on the square in front of the historic Lower Castle in Siegen's city center. A special highlight for you is the magical ice skating rink, which will make your visit unforgettable. The 300 square meter real ice rink invites you and everyone else to go ice skating, and you can also hire skates directly on site. Another highlight is the more than 100-year-old historic giant wooden wheel, which is set up right next to the ice rink. The Christmas stalls can be found on Schlossplatz, in Kölner Straße and on the Sieguferbrücke bridge.
