Fall market at Satzvey Castle

The medieval moated castle of Satzvey forms the perfect backdrop for the autumn and equestrian market, which takes place on the extensive grounds including the castle park. In an authentic historical atmosphere, everything revolves around equestrian sports and horses on this day. But families with children and "non-riders" also get their money's worth.
At numerous stands with equestrian accessories, clothing, high-quality leather goods, feed and unusual jewellery - e.g. made from hoof nails or horse hair - you will find many a good offer or exclusive rarity.
At the market stalls in the castle courtyards, you will find regional goods and handicrafts as well as autumnal offers for young and old. Culinary delicacies such as ham, salami and cheese specialities are also popular as souvenirs. Drinks and freshly prepared delicacies round off the offer. Live music and a children's programme provide the perfect setting for the whole family.
