With the Heidkopf, the Ochsenkreuz and the Langenberg, the rock tour has at least three difficult climbs. This means that there is a lot of uphill walking along the way - but at some point, there will also be downhill again. The starting point of the 45-kilometre route is in the south of Olsberg. With the hill of the same name always in view, the route continues through the forest to the highest mountain in North Rhine-Westphalia and later to the Bruchhauser Steinen. There is also a wonderful view of the Sauerland forest landscape from Langer Berg in the north of Olsberg, before a beautiful descent back to the town rewards you for all your previous exertions.
