Bad Salzuflen

Bad Salzuflen is known for its brine from nine springs and wells, which is used for bathing, drinking and inhaling. There are graduation towers in the middle of the town that provide a fresh climate - Bad Salzuflen is a huge open-air inhalatorium. If you want to experience the brine even more intensively, you can relax in the Vita Sol Therme.

The philosophy of the four building blocks

The concept of optimal relaxation in the Vita Sol Therme is based on 40 years of experience of the family business and is called the philosophy of the four building blocks. These are exercise, alternating heat treatments, physical recovery and mental recovery. So if you want to recover optimally, you start with swimming or fitness and then move on to the sauna or a hot-cold bath. The muscles are now warmed up and can be loosened by massage. Finally: mental rest combined with light and fresh meals - that is the secret of relaxation.

Relaxing in thermal brine

Thermal brine, which is extracted from the springs in the region, provides relaxation and strengthens the immune system in the Vita Sol Therme. The brine content in the intensive brine pool is 12% and creates a feeling of weightlessness. For water to be called thermal water, it must contain a certain concentration of minerals and be at least 20°C when it emerges from the spring.
