The new TRIP INN Liv­ing & Suites has 109 at­tract­ively fur­nished rooms and apart­ments, lack­ing noth­ing. A har­mo­ni­ous col­our concept and the ex­clus­ive, high-qual­ity fur­nish­ings en­sure a sense of well-be­ing and a high qual­ity of ac­com­mod­a­tion.

A true jewel in Essen’s southern quarter is sparkling in new splendour: Since 1 July 2020, the new hotel and apartment building TRIP INN Living & Suites is open in the “Osram-Haus”, which is a protected building monument. Carefully renovated in the course of many months, the building designed by well-known Essen architect Ernst Knoblauch in 1928 now proves an ideal accommodation for short- and long-term guests, business travellers, or families.
The attractive flair of our accommodation captivates with its successful synthesis of industrial charm and modern design with a touch of extravagance. The spacious rooms, suites, and apartments leave nothing to be desired. An attractive breakfast guarantees a good start to the day.
Of course, all our rooms have free WiFi, flat screen TV with SAT-TV, and a room phone. Families and long-term guests benefit from the spacious apartments with their own kitchenette, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
Our bathrooms all have either a shower or a bathtub. Each room comes with a desk and a room safe for keeping valuables safe.
The conference room for about 30 people is now available as well.
