The Tourist Information Office is the first point of contact for visitors and residents with questions about Bielefeld, all of the city’s attractions, and the wide range of cultural offerings in the regional hub of East Westphalia-Lippe. Centrally located in the city center in the New City Hall, the experienced staff at Bielefeld Marketing GmbH are on hand to provide expert assistance with any inquiry regarding exploring and experiencing the city. Bielefeld is a vibrant metropolis, yet it remains on a manageable scale. This combination is what makes this city of 330,000 residents so endearing. Bielefeld has more green space than almost any other major German city—thanks to its location in the heart of the Teutoburg Forest.
