The Julia Stoschek Foundation is an important venue for contemporary art. As one of the world's largest private collections of time-based art, it is dedicated to the presentation, promotion and research of innovative artistic practices. The collection ranges from the beginnings of moving image art in the 1960s to contemporary positions that focus on video, film, virtual reality and sound art. Complemented by photography, sculpture and painting, the foundation offers solo and group exhibitions that immerse visitors in immersive worlds of experience. Since 2007, the foundation has been a hotspot for art lovers who want to discover the future of art in the present.
