The romantic Christmas market at the LWL open-air museum in Hagen is a nostalgic experience reminiscent of postcards from childhood. With over 80 exhibitors and live music, this Christmas market is a highlight of the festive season. The illuminated half-timbered houses and decorated huts provide a unique backdrop in which hand-picked exhibitors present their sophisticated and decorative creations made of paper, wool, fabric, wood, glass and metal. The market is known for its soft sounds, with live music from choirs and orchestras, alphorns and Christmas jazz and pop. A special highlight is the daily visit from St. Nicholas in the afternoon. This Christmas market is not just a place to shop, but also a place to experience and enjoy the Christmas season in a unique atmosphere.
