Lennep Christmas Gathering

A pre-Christmas atmosphere in a historic setting: At the Remscheid Christmas Market, Lennep’s old town around Rathausplatz is transformed into a cozy Christmas market. Amid festively lit alleyways and historic half-timbered houses, lovingly decorated wooden huts invite visitors to stroll, linger, and enjoy the atmosphere. For 15 years, the Christmas Market has been an integral part of the Advent season in Lennep. Local clubs, organizations, and vendors create a vibrant atmosphere with regional specialties, warming drinks, and special offers. Here, Bergisch tradition meets the convivial charm of a Christmas market. Those who wish to experience the Advent season in a special setting can wonderfully combine a visit to the Christmas Market with a stroll through Lennep’s historic old town.
