Movie Park Germany

Bottrop

Film fans can meet their heroes not only in Hollywood, but also in Bottrop in the Ruhr region. In Germany's largest film and leisure park, visitors can immerse themselves in different film worlds in seven themed areas and experience action-packed adventures that are even more exciting and explosive than any blockbuster.

One of the top attractions at Movie Park Germany is the world's only roller coaster with an official Star Trek™ license. The triple-launch coaster is the highlight of the "Federation Plaza" themed area, which covers over 1000 square meters. On the way to the roller coaster, visitors pass stations that will not only be familiar to connoisseurs, such as holodecks, two transporter rooms and the true-to-original U.S.S. Enterprise command bridge from "The Next Generation" series. Room by room, they are immersed in the story of "Operation Enterprise" and soon face their first mission themselves.

Roller coasters, shows and movie experiences

If you have always wanted to uncover the rumors about Area 51 and supernatural life forms, the newly designed water attraction "Area 51 - Top Secret" is just the place for you. Here, visitors can get to the bottom of the legendary US restricted area themselves and explore its secrets. For even more adventure and action, the indoor roller coaster "Van Helsing's Factory" takes visitors on a fast-paced vampire hunt through the dark. In the themed land "The Old West", park visitors can conquer a bandit: The high-speed wooden roller coaster "Bandit" is the first of its kind in Germany and reaches speeds of up to 80 km/h. For visitors without a fear of heights, this area of the park also has a freefall tower and the "MP-Xpress", a rollercoaster with a loop and twists.

Children meet their series heroes in Nickland

The whole family can have lots of animal fun in the PAW Patrol themed area "Adventure Bay". Here, young and old fans of the popular TV series can experience the world of their canine heroes up close. Three detailed family attractions including the new attraction "Skye's High Flyer" and the well-known PAW Patrol command tower bring the children's series to life in Europe's largest Nickland.
