Solar Wheel

Münster

Solar Wheel – This solar-powered Ferris wheel represents a modern amusement ride, innovative technology, and a unique event experience. The Ferris wheel combines contemporary design with a sustainable energy concept, making it a standout attraction at state fairs, city festivals, and other events.

During operation, the Solar Wheel is powered by solar electricity it generates itself. Photovoltaic panels on the gondola roofs and other surfaces generate energy, which is stored in an integrated battery system and made available for operation. This represents an innovative approach to running a ride in a way that conserves resources.
In addition to the sustainable concept, accessibility is a key focus. Two specially equipped, accessible gondolas allow people with limited mobility to enjoy a unique ride experience. Access that is as straightforward and safe as possible, along with attentive service, ensures a pleasant atmosphere.
