Burg Nideggen

Nideggen

Nideggen Castle looks back on an eventful history and is a unique cultural monument to the history of the Middle Ages in the Rhineland and the Eifel. From the 12th century, the castle became the residence of the Counts of Jülich.

The castle museum has been housed in the keep since 1979. Opposite, the castle restaurant invites you to enjoy cosy hospitality in front of an impressive view of the Rur-Eifel.
