Covering 64 kilometers from Windeck to the confluence with the Rhine, it leads through the heart of the Sieg nature region on paths, some of which have been redesigned. The route is also a pleasure for families, with the exception of two short climbs, the route is always flat and far away from road traffic through a varied river landscape. Whether it's an ambitious one-day tour or a leisurely and enjoyable two-stage ride - the Sieg cycle path meets all requirements. Along the way, cafés and beer gardens tempt you to linger: How about a stop at the Sieg waterfall in Windeck-Schladern or a dip in the Sieg floodplains near Mondorf?

The Trail & Rail option is particularly convenient and comfortable: Regardless of whether you want to do the entire route as a sporty day tour or take it easy - all stage locations can be reached with the S-Bahn line 12 and the regional train line RE9, so the route length can be varied as desired.
