All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label " Accessibility certified – partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report. 

• There is no marked parking lot for people with disabilities.  
• The path from the parking lot to the entrance is 15 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 5.5% over a distance of 10 meters. 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and evaluated by the guest are accessible without steps. Door thresholds are a maximum of 2 cm high. 
• All doors/passages that can be used and evaluated by the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
• The ordering / serving counter is 110 cm high.  
• In the guest room there are no wheelchair compatible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm), outside there are wheelchair compatible tables.

Public toilet 

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the sink 130 cm x 125 cm; in front of the toilet 160 cm x 165 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 30 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the toilet 119 cm x 70 cm.
• There are no grab rails.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing. 
• There is no alarm trigger

• There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, where there are no lamps or hanging lamps that disturb the field of vision or eye contact.

• Assistance dogs may be brought into all relevant areas.
• Exterior walkways have a tactile detectable walkway boundary.
• All evaluated areas that can be used by guests are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free. 
• There are glass doors without safety markings. 
• Menu font is designed in unadorned, high-contrast type. 
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.

• The name or logo of the kiosk/snack bar are clearly recognizable from the outside.
• There is no menu with pictures and the food is not visibly presented (buffet, counter).
