• There are four designated parking spaces available for people with disabilities.
• The Vogelsang IP Forum bus stop is approximately 200 meters away.
• All areas accessible to guests are at ground level or accessible via elevators.
• The ticket and information counter is 85 cm high at its lowest point. Various guided tours can be booked here.
• There are two public restrooms for people with disabilities, both of which are accessible from either side (minimum 88 cm). The grab bars in the restrooms can be folded up.
• Some of the paths used during the guided tours are not easily accessible on foot or by wheelchair. There are several steps or inclines of up to 10% to navigate.
• Guided tours are offered for people with mobility impairments and wheelchair users.

• When an audible alarm sounds, there is no visually perceptible flashing or blinking signal.
• In the elevator (lobby leading to the restroom), an outgoing emergency call is visually confirmed. Stairs are also available as an alternative.
• Guided tours are offered for people with hearing impairments and deaf people. Advance registration is required for tours in German Sign Language.

• Assistance dogs are permitted.
• The entrance is designed with high visual contrast and is identifiable by a tactile change in the flooring.
• The building signage is designed with clearly legible, high-contrast lettering.
• There are glass doors in the entrance area. These open automatically and are marked with safety indicators.
• A wayfinding system with floor indicators is in place (both outside and inside).
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are well lit—that is, brightly and without glare.
• In the elevator (lobby to restroom), an emergency call is confirmed by an audible signal. The stop position is announced by voice.
• In both indoor and outdoor areas, walkways are partially marked with tactile guide strips, or the walls can be used as orientation guides.
• An audio guide is available that can be operated independently by people who are visually impaired or blind.
• Guided tours are offered for people with visual impairments and blind people.
• Tour guides are trained to ensure that guests with visual impairments and blind guests can participate in every tour and that their needs are addressed.
