This 46-kilometer loop features an elevation gain of about 530 meters and is characterized by a high proportion of bike paths that follow former railroad rights-of-way—these make up about one-third of the route and ensure a smooth, relaxed ride. The tour starts and ends in Radevormwald; from there, it winds through the varied landscape around Wipperfürth, Hückeswagen, and Remscheid, passing along quiet forest paths and offering views of the typical Bergisch panoramas.

A special highlight is the four reservoirs of varying sizes along the route: the Bever Reservoir, the Wupper Pre-Dam, the Eschbach Reservoir, and the Wupper Reservoir all invite you to take short breaks by the water. Via Neye, Hückeswagen, and Bergisch Born, the loop finally returns to Radevormwald.

If you’re looking for a relaxed gravel ride with historic charm, quiet former railroad paths, and picturesque views of the water, this loop in the Bergisches Land offers the perfect combination of culture and scenery.
