Biggeblick Skywalk

Attendorn

Dusk sets in and it slowly gets dark. Step by step, you make your way to the top. After a short, strenuous climb, you venture further up the 90-metre-high Skywalk above Lake Bigge, at the end of which there is a suspended platform. In the middle, a needle rises into the sky, with only a grid floor below you. It takes a bit of courage here, but the view makes up for it: The view over the lake with Gilberg Island and the ruins of Waldenburg Castle, over the hills and fields of the typical Sauerland landscape, is simply unique!

With spectacular lighting in the evening, the Biggeblick offers you a very special photo opportunity: the needle in the middle shines in white light and the ring of the viewing platform in blue - a popular destination for photographers.

Artfully grown stalagmites and stalactites emerged from the darkness like stone curtains hanging from the rock ceiling - more impressive than any sculptor could have created.
